Dr. rer. nat. A. Graf von Stosch, LL.M.
Biochemist (Diploma, Univ.)

Dr. Graf v. Stosch studied biochemistry at the Universities of Hannover and Basel (Biozentrum Basel). On completion of the diploma course,
he earned his doctorate at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) / University of Heidelberg and the Instituto de la Estructura de la Materia (CSIC, Madrid).
During his studies, Dr. Graf v. Stosch was a scholar of the
German National Academic Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes).
After training as a patent attorney, he further acquired a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree specializing in comparative intellectual property law.

Dr. Graf v. Stosch has been extensively active in patent and trademark law since 1996. His work ranges from advising clients on the acquisition and financing of technology companies in the medical device, biotechnology and pharmaceutical areas, to advising medium-sized companies in enforcing their rights and establishing an appropriate portfolio strategy. Dr. Graf v. Stosch is also involved in the coordination of international patent litigation between pharmaceutical companies.

In addition to his professional activities, Dr. Graf v. Stosch is an honorary judge at the Munich District Court and acts as a reviewer for scientific organizations.
