Dr. rer. nat. Florian Rückerl
Biochemist (Diploma, Univ.)
Dr. Rückerl studied biochemistry at the University of Bayreuth.
After graduating, he completed a PhD in the field of immunology
at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
In 2005 Dr. Rückerl started his intellectual property career at a respected IP law firm which focussed on the interests and needs of SMEs.
In 2009 Dr. Rückerl joined the patent law firm of GRAF von STOSCH where he now contributes his expertise.
Dr. Rückerl counsels clients in all matters of intellectual property.
His particular interest is with coordinating European and German patent proceedings in the context of global patent strategies and the analysis of patent infringement risks.
