Dr. rer. nat. E. Meyer
Biologist
Dr. Meyer studied biology at the University Ulm. After having finished her Diploma studies, Dr. Meyer graduated in neurobiology, biochemistry and biophysics at the Max-Planck-Institute for Biochemistry in Martinsried, Munich.
In her post-doctoral position at the Max-Planck Institute for Biochemistry, Dr. Meyer dedicated herself in biotechnological research projects. Thereafter, Dr. Meyer worked in leading positions in the biotechnological industry and gathered profound experience as Head of Development in the pharmaceutical industry.
Dr. Meyer has been working in industrial property since 2008, firstly in the pharmaceutical industry as a candidate for the European Patent Attorney Examination. Since 2013 Dr. Meyer has been working for the patent attorney firm GRAF von STOSCH in Munich.
Dr. Meyer works in all fields of industrial property, with the main emphasis on the assessment of patent infringements risks and evaluation of patent portfolios in the field of biotechnology, pharmacy, biochemistry, chemistry and biology. Furthermore, Dr. Meyer is responsible for the preparation and drafting of German, European and International patent applications as well as the supervision of relevant prosecution and opposition proceedings as well as nullity proceedings, respectively.
